Cómo evitar pagar derechos de importación a EE.UU.

Dear US Residents
President Trump has decided to impose tariffs on cargo imported into the US, which will of course apply to packages we ship from Japan.

Here is the important part.

If the value of your imported shipment is less than 800USD, you are exempt from paying customs duty.
The value here includes shipping costs.

This rule is called the De Minimis rule.

The President's decision has been made to eliminate this de minimus rule for products originating in China and Hong Kong.

The de minimis rule will continue to apply to trading cards we sell that originate in Japan and are under 800USD.

What happens if the order is over 800USD?
Unfortunately, if you do not pay the customs duty, your goods will not be delivered.
In addition, in some cases, you may be required to fill out a form 5106 at the time of importation.

Customers purchasing from the U.S. should aim for 800USD or less when shopping.

*Please refer to the U.S. Customs website for the latest information.
