📦 General Information

  • All orders are shipped directly from Japan.

  • Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, GST, or any other local taxes.

  • These taxes and duties are determined by your country's customs authority and are typically collected by the shipping carrier (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) prior to or at the time of delivery.

  • If you fail to pay the required duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned to us or discarded by customs.
    In such cases, your order will be treated as canceled. We will issue a refund after deducting the cancellation fee, any duties actually incurred, and return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

🌎 Region-Specific Guidelines (Estimates)

  • United States
    A 15% tariff will be collected at the time of purchase.
    You can receive your items without paying any additional tariffs upon delivery.
    Tariffs apply only to the item cost and are not levied on insurance or shipping fees.

  • European Union (EU)
    VAT and import duties may total 20–30% of the item value, depending on the destination country.

  • United Kingdom (UK)
    VAT of approximately 20% applies to most imports.
